I n v i t a t i o n s / C o m m i s s i o n s

2006 - Invited by the Centre culturel La Chesnaie, in France to hold the solo exhibition “Woodies' Promenade” and a lecture about his work with Christine Monceau. 

2006 - Commissioned the sculpture “Tempus” (approx. 3m x 12m) by Consiste, for the Beloura Office Park, Sintra, Portugal. 

Commissioned an exclusive edition of screen-printings from a painting about the Cabo Raso Lighthouse, by the Municipality of Cascais, in Portugal.

2005 - Commissioned a thematic painting (12 interchangeable canvases - 165cm x 240cm) for the Centre culturel la Chesnaie by the Mairie of the commune of Beauchamp, in France; the commune of Beauchamp used his artwork images for the municipality cards and devoted the 2006 cultural guide to his work.

2004 - Commissioned the sculpture “Global World”, by the Municipality of Cascais, in Portugal, installed in a roundabout in the municipality. 

2002 - Invited by Memory Gallery (Hong Kong) to be included in its artists' files. 

2001 - Commissioned the sculpture “The Fifth Element” by the Pestana Vila Sol Golf & Resort Hotel, Vilamoura, Portugal, . 

2000/2001 - Commissioned the site specific project “Le Temps des Nouvelles Cathédrales” (45 interchangeable canvases - 165cm x 975cm), by BNP Paribas Private Bank, Paris, France. 

2000 - Invited by the Municipal Council of Lisbon to design the Council's VIP Christmas Corporate Gifts.

- Selected by AUDI (Germany), to exhibit as a Portuguese invited visual artist at the AUDI A4 Worldwide Presentation, at Convento do Beato, Lisbon, Portugal.

1999 - Selected by the Portuguese Tile Museum in Lisbon to be a represented artist. 

1992 - Invited to be a member of the jury of the “Smirnoff Fashion Award” 

1989 - Selected for the Commemorations of the 2nd centenary of the French Revolution - fashion design project inspired in period costumes, Lisbon Municipal Council, Portugal.
